This site is run by OVITAL Media. For any question about your personal information: Person in charge of the protection of personal information, contact@ovitalmedia.com.

When you write to us or fill in Your project: your name, your business name, your email, your phone if you give it, how you prefer to be contacted and the answers you write.

Like any website, our providers also receive technical information, such as your IP address and the type of your browser, to show the pages and check the forms. To limit abuse, your IP address is scrambled before it is counted, and this counter erases itself within an hour.

This site has no account and no login, and uses no tracking cookies.

Only to answer your message and prepare a proposal. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not send promotional emails.

Your messages are passed by our email delivery service (Resend) to our contact@ovitalmedia.com mailbox, and recorded in our customer follow-up tool so the team can answer you. The site is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are filled in by a person. Questions asked to the OVITAL assistant are processed by Anthropic to produce an answer.

These services may process information outside Quebec and Canada. We choose them for their security commitments.

Conversations with the assistant are not kept by the site. Only anonymous counters are kept for usage limits. Please do not write personal or confidential information there.

Your messages stay in our mailbox and in our customer follow-up tool for as long as our relationship requires. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@ovitalmedia.com. These rights are guaranteed by Quebec’s privacy law (Law 25).
